• Easy to Grow: Just soak, rinse, and watch as these seeds sprout into a garden of goodness in your kitchen within a few days.
• Instructions for Sprouting: 1. Use a sprouting jar/sprouter or make your own sprouter using a glass jar with a fine mesh to cover the top opening for ease of draining (cheesecloth or muslin). 2. Soak for 8 hours or overnight. 3. Drain and rinse well with fresh water, then drain again. 4. Rinse and drain twice per day until sprouting has completed (3+ days). 5. Store in fridge in an airtight container for up to 1 week.

This organic sprouting mixture is incredibly nutritious. Better yet, it's ultra-handy too - sprouting in just 3 days (although some of our UK and European customers like to let them grow for longer). The proportion of each wonder-food is: 15% aduki Beans, mung beans, green lentils, brown lentils and sunflower seeds, 20% chick peas and 5% amica lentils.
