  • The spiral shape achieves maximum accelerated extraction time. Place directly into the spirits. Oak flavor is fully extracted in 6 weeks. Withdraw sooner for a milder taste.
  • Adds super dark color, smoke, vanilla, and caramel flavors with nice tannin structure. Our standard, a #3 char provides the most vanillins. Caramel and toffee flavors are also present that work well for Bourbons and provide a beautiful dark amber color.
  • Dimensions of spiral is 8" long & 1" diameter. 2 per pack. 1 stick per 3 gallons. Spirals may be snapped into smaller portions to achieve desired flavor intensity.
