• 2. This Zhuyeqing Tea is 2022 early spring harvested, a very refreshing tea. The taste has a unique sweet flavor with a hint of brisk bouquet in the aroma, vegetal notes similar to asparagus, fresh bamboo shoot.
• 3. The Bamboo Leaf Green Tea comes from Mout Emei, the grown environment are over 1500 meters above the sea level and covered by thick fog, and heavy mist for most of the year. The nourishing moisture and the soil contribute to the good quality of zhuyeqing tea.

1. What is the harvest time of the Zhu Ye Qing Tea?
This Zhu Ye Qing is a yuqian green tea 3rd grade. Yuqian means the green tea leaves harvested before Gu Yu (Grain Rain), which is one of 24 solar terms in China, each year around April 20.

2. How to brew zhu ye qing green tea?
Porcelain gaiwan or glass tea cup is suggested for brewing zhu ye qing green tea
For hot tea, Chinese gongfu way introduced,
Serving size: 3g tea
Water: 150ml with temperature around 80
4 steeps: rinse, 30s, 60s, 90s, 120s.
For iced tea, 3g tea with 150ml mineral water, stay for 6-8 hours in fridge you can begin to drink the tea. Or add ice directly to hot tea when stay 1 minutes after getting tea soup.

3. What are the differences among Yuqian 1st Grade, Yuqian 2nd Grade and Yuqian 3rd Grade?
There are 3 different grades of Zhuyeqing Tea in my store.The Grade is the same kinds Tea comparison,it will very distinct if you carefully taste.
The 1st grade has earlier harvest time than the other two grades and more tender tea leaves. While the 3rd has the latest harvest times of the three.
